While I do not do it as often as I’d like, I love hosting events for my family and friends. Last year I helped host a ‘She’s a Gem’ birthday party for a dear friend. I also hosted a travel themed baby shower for another friend. As you can see, I’m a fan of themes. They just help tie everything together, and a sophisticated invite is the proverbial bow on top. I’m still waiting to see which friend of mine will be expecting next, but you can bet I will create baby shower invitations with Basic Invite this next time around. The best part is that right now they are offering 15% off your order with code 15FF51.
Disclosure: This blog post is sponsored by Basic Invite, however all opinions about the product are truly my own.
A Rainbow of Color Customization
For anyone who is like me (someone who has a slightly unhealthy obsession with details), specifics matter. Basic invite has over 180 color options for their invites, so people like me who know the difference between midnight blue and navy blue can customize to our heart’s content. They even have a wide variety of envelopes to choose from. Basic Invite can send a sample of your invitation before placing your final order, just to be sure it is exactly as you want it.
Cute Baby Shower Invitations
There are so many themes on Basic Invite, it’s almost better to create baby shower invitations and then decide all the other details later. With fall around the corner, this apple themed invitation would be perfect for an ‘Apple of Their Eyes’ shower, complete with apple cider and apple pie.
Animal prints are still all over the place this fall, so how fun would it be to carry it over into baby shower invitations for a safari theme? As a hostess you can wear a cheetah print dress or some leopard flats. You could pick up baby some matching booties too.
Need something as specific as twin boy baby shower invitations? Basic Invite has them. There are so, so many invitations to choose from, check out just a few below.
Fall Holiday Invitations
Even though we don’t have much of a fall here in Houston, I love fall holidays. They remind me of my childhood in Indiana, so we definitely go all out celebrating Halloween and Thanksgiving. Next time I’m hosting, I might just look into sending out invitations like these.
What events do you have coming up? I love a good theme (can you tell?), share with me, I’m always looking for new ones!
